9 a.m. Elite athlete and Patient T-Shirt Visit
Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children - Atrium, C Level

Elite athletes from across the globe, Dallas PD, Marathon board members and race sponsors hand out marathon t-shirts to TSRHC patients.

11 a.m. - 7 p.m. Health and Fitness Expo / Packet Pick-Up

Start line introduction of celebrities Meb Keflezighi, Ryan Hall, Sara Hall and Deena Kastor

8:05 a.m. RACE START
Thousands of runners leaving downtown Dallas heading east on Young Street adjacent to Pioneer Plaza and passing Dallas City Hall. The course will pass through Deep Ellum, Uptown and West Village before entering the Turtle Creek neighborhood and running through Highland Park. After crossing through the M Streets, runners will hit Greenville Avenue at the Granada Theater and head south, continuing through the popular Lower Greenville corridor full of block parties, restaurants and bars. Runners will pass through Lakewood and White rock Lake before returning via the Santa Fe Trail to finish downtown.

9 a.m. Elite half marathon finishers cross finish line

10:15 a.m. Elite marathon finishers (male) vs. High School Relay finishers at the finish line

Thousands of runners crossing the finish line. Food trucks, music from LIVE 80 and beer from MILLER LITE. Event is open to the public
