Submit the form below with a paragraph from your Mayor's Youth Sports Ticket Program-registered youth about their big dreams. Paragraphs must be written by your youth and should include:

• Why does the youth enjoy sports.
• How sports have had an impact on them.
  
• How their passion for sports (either watching or playing) will set them up for success later in life.

After you submit the form, share a photo of your youth at a sporting event (either watching or playing) to complete your entry. All entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges, with the most outstanding entry selected to win. You may view the full contest rules on the page here.
