Dallas PULSE to Make First-Ever Franchise Selection at 2026 MLV Draft With The No. 1 Overall Pick
WHAT: Dallas PULSE will participate in the 2026 Major League Volleyball Draft Day, where the franchise will make its first-ever player selection — and will have the No. 1 overall pick of the draft. This significant moment marks a historic chapter for North Texas’ newest professional sports franchise and is a key step in finalizing the team’s roster for the 2026 season.
The Dallas PULSE’s draft selections will take place inside Areté Athletics, which also will serve as the practice and performance home for the team. Media will have access to the president/CEO Grady Raskin and head coach Shannon Winzer between draft rounds in addition to a first look at the world-class facility where the team will train and prepare for their inaugural season.

Dallas PULSE will host a separate fan-focused draft party open to the public from 5-7 p.m. on Monday, November 24 at Chop Sports McKinney (7560 State Hwy 121 in McKinney) to celebrate their first draft. In addition to Dallas PULSE players being onsite for autographs and interviews, Coach Shannon Winzer and President/CEO Grady Raskin will participate in a Q&A with media and fans.
