Founder & Principal, Dallas Trinity FC
Dori Araiza, an SMU alumna, began her career in 2009 in marketing at L’Oreal in New York before founding her own advertising firm, Neil Media Group, in 2011, representing top publications including Allure, Inc., and Modern Luxury’s national portfolio. Beyond her professional success, she is deeply involved in her community, serving as former President of the Preston Hollow Early Childhood Association and as a current committee member for the Cattle Baron’s Ball. She also co-chairs the Catholic Foundation, helping raise more than $1 million for charitable causes. A mother of four, Dori coaches two of her children in soccer alongside her father, Jim Neil, reflecting her family’s shared passion for sports. Together, the Neil family founded Dallas Trinity FC, the city’s first professional women’s soccer team, and in 2026 she was named to the Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40.
