Dragon Stadium is home to one of the most successful high school football teams in all of the nation in the Southlake Carroll Dragons, a team who has won the state title 4 times in the 2000?s at the highest level of competition. The quality of the play on the field is matched by the facility where they play their home games. Built in 2001, Dragon Stadium is a modern facility that can host football and soccer games on its field turf. This quality surface was briefly home to the Dallas Burn of the MLS in 2003 and has even had commercials by Under Armour filmed on it. With a large video board, a quality drainage system, multiple concessions, elevators, and a press box, Dragon Stadium is one of the nicest high school stadiums in the country.
