Biography

Caroline began her career in sports while attending Louisiana State University (LSU) and majoring in Sport Administration. After graduation, Caroline enrolled in the MBA in Sport Management program at Florida Atlantic University. During her time in south Florida, she worked with the Orange Bowl Committee, Miami Dolphins, and the Florida Atlantic University Athletic Department before landing a full-time role as the Event Coordinator with the Palm Beach County Sports Commission. After obtaining her MBA in 2015, Caroline moved to Colorado Springs to work as an Event Services Coordinator with USA Triathlon. In 2018, she returned to Florida to work as the Event Coordinator for the University of Florida Athletic Association.


Prior to her time with the Dallas Sports Commission, Caroline served as a Program Coordinator for the Athletic division of the City of Orlando.


In her spare time, Caroline loves watching movies and tv shows, reading, trying new recipes and spending time with friends and family.
